Maintenance methods of 3-ton lever hoist

Author: CC

Hand Chain Hoist (Hand Chain Hoist) is a common manual lifting tool, also known as hand hoist or chain hoist. It consists of a handle, a chain and a hoist mechanism, and can be used for lifting heavy objects, lifting goods or performing other lifting tasks.

Maintenance methods:

1. Protect the 3-ton lever hoist from collision and do not use it overloaded. If the load does not meet the requirements, you can replace it with a lever hoist that meets the conditions.

2. Before use, confirm whether the hook is hung securely and whether the chain is disorderly or twisted.

3. Try not to use it in rainy or humid environment

4. Clean the gourd after use

5. Be familiar with the usage methods and rules before proceeding.

6. The friction plates should be cleaned to ensure that they do not affect the use of the brakes.

Instructions for use 1) When using the chain lever hoist, use it according to the marked lifting weight.

2) The handle cannot be lengthened arbitrarily during use, because the lifting capacity of the lever hoist is limited, and the pulling force of both hands also has a certain amount. Lengthening the handle will cause overloading of the lever hoist, resulting in damage to the components.

3) Frequently check the wire rope for wear, kinks, broken wires, and broken strands. Any items that are not suitable for safe use must be replaced.

4) Since the working principle of the lever hoist is to use clamps to alternately clamp the wire rope, it is required to use steel core wire rope instead of hemp core wire rope. Because the hemp core rope is soft and elastic, it will be easy to tighten after the clamps are clamped. Looseness is unsafe.

5) The lever hoist must be inspected and tested as a whole before use, and maintained after use.
