What is no 8 finish on stainless steel?
#8 Mirror Finish - Aluminum, Stainless Steel, & More
The #8 Mirror Finish is recognized for its high-gloss, mirror-like appearance, achieved through a multi-stage directional buffing process using abrasive compounds followed by a rouge compound. This results in a highly reflective surface with minimal visible grit lines, suitable for applications in elevators and escalators.
