Double Giant Segments Trapezoid Grinding Plates are designed with a massive 12mm or 15mm diamond segment. These tools are designed for heavier machines or when the contractor is wanting extra life out of their diamonds. The Double Giant Segments Grinding Trapezoid Plates can take a beating and give a beating to the most challenging floors. These tools are available in a wide variety of bonds and diamond grits.

Segment Configuration: Double Giant Rectangle Segment

Segment Size:  40x12x12mm or 40x12x15mm

Grit: 6#, 16#,  24#, 30#, 50#, 80#, 100#, 120#, 150#, 200# and other grits upon customer's request

Color: Available in gold, black, red, blue, green, orange, yellow and purple

Grit 6#,16/20# diamond grinding shoes are usually the first step of metal bond grinding for removing old rough surfaces. The big diamond particles give you deep cut and powerful removal, The use can significantly open the floors and expose the new substrate of concrete, so you can easily step to next floor prep and resurfacing.This grit is also good for thinner coating removal such as urethane, acrylic, epoxy, and so on.

Grit 30/40# are commonly used for concrete floor grinding. It produces even and obvious scratch pattern and easily and quickly open the old surfaces.

Grit 50/60/70/80# is produces medium scratches.

Grit 100/120/150# diamond grinding shoes are usually the last step of metal bond grinding for concrete floors finest preparation.
